Mikaila Lindsey – Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor
Having experienced the physical and emotional challenges of chronic pain and trauma, I have a deep understanding of how these experiences can become stored in the body and impact overall well-being. My healing journey began in 2018 while studying Public Health Sciences at UC Irvine where I was fascinated by various forms of holistic healing and aspects of wellness. During that time, I experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of massage therapy. Being able to move without pain was physically and mentally liberating. Upon graduating in 2022, I was inspired to combine my background in public health with my personal experiences and pursue education in massage therapy at the National Holistic Institute in 2023.
After recovering from years of personal struggle it became my mission to help others find a similar sense of relief. My approach is integrative and personalized, designed to address your unique needs. Whether you require deeper pressure, lighter touch breathwork, stretching, or more focused work, I tailor each session to your specific goals, creating a balance between therapeutic care and relaxation. If you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury or trauma, or simply looking to de-stress and release tension, my goal is to provide a judgment-free space where you can feel empowered to release old patterns that no longer serve you and create space for new possibilities for healing and experiencing life.
