During this public health crisis, Dr. Curcuruto and Dr. Scheider will be available for house calls for $150 per visit* in order to continue to serve the community.

Before you can be seen, please answer these questions. If you answer “YES” to any of these questions, you should NOT be seen by a Chiropractor.

  1.  Have you travel out of the state or country within the last 14 days?
  2. Are you experiencing signs or symptoms such as, persistent coughing with fever, difficulty breathing or any other flu-like symptoms?
  3. Have you been exposed to someone who has or someone who is under investigation for COVID-19?
